Facility Information:
     Brazos Valley Spring Water completed a 17,500 square foot facility in Millsap, Texas; no more than 100 yards from Spencer Springs.  Access to I-20 is less than one mile away making our plant easily accessible.  Once completed, the facility will house top of the line equipment including a Pace descrambler, a Quadrel labeler, an eighteen-valve Fogg rotary filler, and a Bevco rinser.  This equipment will make it possible for Brazos Valley Spring Water to filter, bottle, and label the water all in house.  The plant will be operational upon the arrival and installation of its filtration system.  The location of the bottling facility and proximity of the springs will allow this product to be labeled "at the source".

Employment and Plant Management Operations:
     Brazos Valley Spring Water is a partnership made up of four main investors.  Three of the four main partners have a hands-on role in production of the spring water.  The company, in addition, has hired a general plant manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility.  This plant manager will be joined ona daily basis by two of the partners who will be vitally involved in the actual production process.  The plant manager and all involved partners will be certified by the State of Texas.  These individuals will hold a Bottled Water Operators License.  All other employees will receive in-house and outside training concerning good manufacturing practices and the location and identification of critical control points.
